For over a decade, I’ve used my personal brand to escape competition.

I’m Daniel Sempere Pico.

I started in 2013 as a residential real estate broker in Hong Kong. In a sea of 30,000 brokers, I used my personal brand to stand out, going from rookie to managing a team of 12 within 36 months. Eventually, I bought, turned around, and sold a real estate business.

Things were going well, but I was trapped.

Real Estate brokerages require armies of people to scale. And they keep you stuck in one place. I wanted the freedom to work with anyone, anywhere. I wanted to scale using code and media.

In 2020, I became obsessed with bitcoin and started writing on Twitter. I grew my audience from 0 to 70,000 in 3 years. It was my ticket out of Hong Kong real estate and into online business.

Since 2024, I've helped clients build their personal brands to make business easier.
